Call for Papers

Interested authors are encouraged to submit original and unpublished contributions in all areas of communications, networks, services, and applications, including but not limited to the identified topics.

Paper submission process will be managed through EDAS system. All accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore and indexed by SCOPUS and ISI WoS for full consideration of publication (with conference record #56288).
